When You Order
When you order from us, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We will also ask you for a telephone number so that contact can be made urgently if there is a problem with your order.

Making a Purchase
Browse our on-line catalogue and follow the buy and shopping card instructions. We accept Visa/Mastercard and Switch. If you do not want to shop on-line you can send your order and credit card details by post, fax or telephone.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order within 2-3 working days. Delivery should be 3-4 working days for the UK.

Back Orders
If the items you have ordered are not in stock, we will send them as soon as they are in stock. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds
If you are not happy with any purchase you can return the item, (please ensure that you have proof of posting) and we will refund your credit card immediately upon receipt of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your Bill
You will get a receipt for the goods, sent with your order. If the items are delivered to a different address we will send the receipt to your billing address
